Sara AbuSharkh is a dynamic Associate at Abu Sharkh & Shammout Advocates and Legal Consultants, bringing a fresh and globally informed perspective to the firm’s corporate and commercial practice. With a solid academic background and international experience, Sara combines legal precision with a strong client focused approach.

Sara is registered with the Jordanian Bar Association, and holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Law in London and an LLM in International Business Law from King’s College London, where she developed a particular focus on international commercial arbitration, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and business litigation. She earned her LLB from Queen Mary University of London.

Sara has experience advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, corporate structuring and governance, international trade, foreign investment, and commercial agency arrangements. Her experience also extends to regulatory and compliance matters, employment matters, and dispute resolution, with a particular interest in arbitration and mediation.

In addition, Sara is a Certified Mediator and is registered with the International Mediation Institute (IMI), reflecting her professional interest and training in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Sara also serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of The Anglo-Jordanian Society, contributing to an organisation dedicated to strengthening professional, cultural, and institutional ties between Jordan and the United Kingdom.
