NADINE HAMADE
Nadine Hamade brings over 15 years of diverse experience across legal consultancy, public policy, and NGO leadership. She has held senior roles with leading national and international organizations, focusing on governance, gender equality, legal reform, and humanitarian action.
Nadine currently serves as Executive Director at the Women’s Humanitarian Organization and the Family Rights Forum. Throughout her career, she has successfully led large-scale programs addressing gender-based violence, child protection, mine risk education, legal reform, and access to justice. Her leadership has been instrumental in designing and executing strategic initiatives supported by institutions like UNDP, the Ministry of Justice, and various civil society organizations.
Nadine has extensive experience in project management, training, and policy advocacy. She has coordinated high-impact projects such as “She Leads” and the “Encouraging Marginalized Voices in the Lebanese Political Process” initiative. She has also served as Project Officer at the Lebanon Mine Action Center (LMAC), where she focused on mine victim assistance, mine risk education, and gender mainstreaming.
Her deep understanding of legal and institutional frameworks is complemented by strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Nadine has developed media campaigns, led donor engagement strategies, and coordinated with ministries, NGOs, and international partners.
