Ghadeer represents multi-jurisdictional corporations in high stake commercial and business disputes and has an established experience in a wide range of cases, including those related to aviation law, tort and negligence, employment law, property law, monetary claims, intellectual property, company dispute, and criminal complaints.

Ghadeer’s previous experience includes preparing all types of legal documents to be submitted at all levels of Jordanian Courts; companies establishment including drafting of constitutional documents and related contracts, registration of trade marks, negotiating with counter-parties and governmental agencies in regards to various types of contracts, provide legal opinions on various commercial legal issues, and advise on various issues related to banking and commercial law.
