SARA ABU SHARKH

Sara AbuSharkh is a dynamic Associate at Abu Sharkh & Shammout Advocates and Legal Consultants, bringing a fresh and globally informed perspective to the firm’s corporate and commercial practice. With a solid academic background and international experience, Sara combines legal precision with a strong client focused approach.

Currently pursuing her LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Law (UK), Sara holds a previous LLM in International Business Law from King’s College London, where she focused on international commercial arbitration, mergers & acquisitions, and business litigation. She earned her LLB from Queen Mary University of London, graduating with Upper Second-Class Honours, and is registered with the Jordanian Bar Association.

Sara’s legal experience spans corporate law, arbitration, commercial contracts, and employment matters. She has worked with international law firms, including Eversheds Sutherland, where she gained hands on experience in drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and conducting in-depth legal research. Her role as a legal adviser at Queen Mary’s Legal Advice Centre further honed her advisory skills, particularly in regulatory and disciplinary cases.

In addition to her legal practice, Sara is deeply committed to community engagement and cross-cultural collaboration. As a Youth Trustee and Board Member of the Anglo-Jordanian Society, she contributes to strategic initiatives and cultural outreach, fostering stronger ties between the UK and Jordan.

Sara is a valuable asset in both local and international legal matters. Her dedication, global insight, and growing expertise in arbitration, M&A, and commercial law mark her as a promising next generation legal professional within the firm.
